What You Need to Know Before Fibroblast Training

by Plasma Pen UKJan 20,2023Plasma Pen™ Advice

students receiving PlasmaPen advanced training certifications

There is no denying the appeal of fibroblast training, especially if you are looking to further your aesthetic career by offering a wider range of treatments at your business. However, you might not know what to expect from fibroblast training, and you are sure to have some questions. Below, we have taken a look at everything you need to know before starting your fibroblast journey.

How to Take the Course

There are two types of fibroblast training available, in person training and online training. Both of these will provide you with everything you need to know about fibroblast treatments, PlasmaPen and providing a flawless service to patients. You can book both forms of training online, and the entire process is a simple one. Simply browse our upcoming courses and choose a date that suits you. If you have any questions before booking, get in touch with our helpful team of experts.

What Experience Do You Need?

In order to enrol on a Foundation Training fibroblast course, you need to have experience of working in aesthetics or a level two beauty qualification. These entry requirements are there to ensure that you have the base knowledge and understanding to build on during training. If you didn’t have aesthetic experience or qualification, it’s likely that fibroblast training would be throwing you in at the deep end completely unprepared. However, you do not need to have any prior fibroblast experience, as everything is covered as part of the training.

What is Covered?

During fibroblast training, we cover everything you need to know about using PlasmaPen and offering professional treatments to patients. This is split into two sections, a theory side of training and a practical side. The theory focuses on skin anatomy, skin disorders, pigmentation, inflammation and physiology. There is an assessment at the end to ensure your skills are up to scratch.

During practical training, the focus is on consultations and performing the treatments themselves. This will allow you to provide treatments to crows’ feet, eyebrows, upper eyelids, lower eyelids and for skin rejuvenation purposes. You will also learn how to carry out client assessments and come up with accurate treatment plans.

What Happens After Training?

Once you have completed fibroblast training, you can begin practicing and providing PlasmaPen treatments to your patients. You can get insurance through Louise Walsh International, which covers you for everything related to fibroblast and gives you peace of mind from beginning to end. You could even further your fibroblast training by moving from Foundation Training to Advanced Training, which provides even more information and knowledge depth.
