The gel works by numbing inside the skin for a short time and is applied, where appropriate, after Step 1 Cream has been applied and after spray shading has been performed – all done before certain more sensitive PlasmaPen™ procedures (like non-surgical blepharoplasty) to help prevent any pain on the skin although feelings of pressure and touch will likely remain. On average, this gel is used by technicians for 1 in every 3 treatments they deliver. Keep refrigerated and completely avoid contact with the eyes
