All of our skin aesthetic training courses begin with our Anatomy & Physiology training course. This course aims to lay the foundation of everything you will need to know about the human body, its anatomy, and how it works. This comprehensive guide also covers every aspect of the skin and how it heals. This preliminary course underpins everything you will go on to learn when you undertake your PlasmaPen or HyaPenPro aesthetics course. Once you’ve completed the assessment, you will then be able to move on to the rest of your training.
What training is available?
All of the training by PlasmaPen is available on the Louise Walsh Academy portal. This includes our Elite (Level 3) training which underpins the primary Plasma treatments and the PlasmaPen treatments that can be administered to the face. This aesthetic training course teaches the foundations of PlasmaPen treatments that can be delivered anywhere on the body. This makes the Elite (Level 3) training the perfect starting point to your PlasmaPen journey.
For more experienced aestheticians, medical professionals or beauticians we also have the Advanced (Level 4) training course. This aesthetics training course covers more complex, challenging and niche procedures. This makes it perfect for Elite (Level 3) technicians who want to further develop their skills. On this course, we cover specific procedures across the face, neck and body in greater detail.
Online live-streamed training sessions
When you book your training with PlasmaPen or HyaPenPro we don’t just hand you a pen. We give you all the tools you will need to start your incredible journey as a Plasma Technician. Our comprehensive training program is accredited by OCN and is worth 40 CPD Hours and 4 CPD Points.
The Louise Walsh Academy gives you the opportunity to learn everything you need to know prior to your practical training from the comfort of your own studio, clinic or home. Once you’ve completed the online training, you will book in with one of our Master Trainers to demonstrate your PlasmaPen technique on a live model of your choice. At this point, you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
