Ask the trainers: PlasmaPen™’s most popular treatments

by LiamNov 16,2020Plasma Pen™ Advice

One of the questions we are most often asked about is what are our PlasmaPen technician’s most popular treatments? When you are trained in the art of delivering PlasmaPen treatments, you are suddenly able to offer a vast array of different skin treatments, including jaw augmentation, non-surgical blepharoplasty, skin-tightening therapies and spray facials. We spoke to Julie Newman-Seunarayan, self-proclaimed facial architect and Master Trainer for PlasmaPen, to find out more.

Hi Julie, what are the most popular PlasmaPen treatments at your clinic?

Hi PlasmaPen team! The most popular PlasmaPen treatments at my clinic, Beauty on Demand are:

  • Upper and lower non-surgical blepharoplasty
  • Lower facelifts
  • Neck-tightening treatments
  • Plasma peels
  • Skin lesion removals
  • Plasmaporation facials

These treatments work to reduce signs of ageing, such as wrinkles and sagging, and the Plasma peel works to resurface skin blighted by acne scars. Plasmaporation facial is a treatment that accentuates the results of PlasmaPen treatments and is a fantastic way to boost your income.

Which treatments do you like performing the most?

As you know, PlasmaPen treatments can be performed all over the body, but for me, the facial skin-tightening treatments are my favourite. I love lifting, sculpting and tightening the skin, making it healthier for the client.

How much do you charge for these different skin treatments and how much do they cost to perform?

Each skin-tightening treatment costs between £20 and £60 to deliver, depending on the size of the area needing treatment and the amount of anaesthetic required. Power, rent and wages are on top of that if staff are performing the treatments, and this will vary from clinic to clinic.

Different skin treatments cost different amounts. You can expect to charge £500 per eye for a non-surgical blepharoplasty treatment and a lower facelift or jaw augmentation treatment will come in at around £550 to £750.

I charge upwards of £125 for skin lesion removals and Plasma peels cost £300 for a full face or £125 for one area.

The return on investment is quite significant.

How has delivering PlasmaPen skin-tightening treatments impacted the revenue you make from your clinic?

The impact on my revenue has been dramatic. The ROI is phenomenal and the more I promote the different skin treatments on offer, the busier I am. PlasmaPen skin-tightening results speak for themselves and clients keep coming back for more and more. My customers truly are my walking billboards and they send people to me. I love offering PlasmaPen treatments and undertaking the PlasmaPen training was one of the best financial decisions I have ever made.
