Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Plasma Pen Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit the online application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program.

3. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Upon acceptance into the program, you will be provided with affiliate links and coupon codes to be used on your site. These links and codes will allow for accurate tracking, reporting, and commission accrual.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the sale price of each product sold through their affiliate link. Commissions are paid only on sales where the customer uses the provided affiliate link and coupon code.

5. 10% Discount for Customers

Customers who purchase products on plasmapen.com using the affiliate’s coupon code will receive a 10% discount on the product’s sale price.

6. Order Processing

We will process orders placed by customers who follow the special links from your site to plasmapen.com. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with our policies.

7. Payment

Commissions will be paid out once a month. Payments will be made for all valid transactions 30 days after the sale. Payments are made through Stripe/Paypal.

8. Policies and Pricing

Customers who buy products through this Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Plasma Pen. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time.

9. Responsibility for Your Site

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You will ensure that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

10. Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

11. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.

12. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an Affiliate’s potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. We do not guarantee that the operation of our site or the affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plasma Pen and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) insofar as such claims or actions are based on or arise out of (a) any claim that our use of the Affiliate trademarks infringes on any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, license, intellectual property, or other proprietary right of any third party, (b) any misrepresentation of a representation or warranty or breach of a covenant and agreement made by you herein, or (c) any claim related to your site, including, without limitation, content therein not attributable to us.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof.
